Useful but I need to know how my shifts relate to the rest of my life!!!

I love this app in managing my shifts for work. Im a nurse who works 12hr night shifts and this makes it really easy to keep track of the days I work, days I have meetings/classes, and my vacation days. And I can easily share it with friends. I like that i can add notes for other events in my life (i.e. appointments, lunch dates, etc) but the notes are limiting. I need to know how my work shifts relate to the rest of my life... Notes dont show everything Ive written on that note in the main view. For example if I have two events for one day under a note, one in the morn and one in the evening, it doesnt show it all. Please let us list more events under notes and in a easier organized way.
