Shift Worker App Reviews

Im a RN and use this app daily... For me its a must have with the ability to create my own shifts, and I can even add notes and email or text to my husband... This was one app that was worth it!

I love this app. It is my go to calendar. However it would be great to have 2-3 calendars for different things. For example I would love to keep track of my workouts, my regular shifts and my call schedule.

I have an iPhone and its impossible to put in my days to work in its calendar. So glad I have the shift worker app. Ive been recommending it to all of my co-workers

Love, love this app! I float to 4 different hospitals, and using color-coded icons makes remembering where Im going a breeze. My only wish is that you put more distance between the back and forth arrows and the Edit and Go To keys. Otherwise max stars for you.

WHY did the graphics change? They were much better and eye-catching before! WHY did we take the lines off the calendar? Now you cant clearly tell one day from the next. A bad feature for a calendar, one would think. I dont know how to add anything to the extra calendars, so I dont know what their function is. It appears to be yet another example of change for change sake - and not for the better. Looking for a replacement app.

Hate the new look

I keep asking myself a question that "shift worker" should have asked itself before redesigning the look of the calendars and icons "Why change the look of the app?" I guess the people behind this new look thought it would be "trendy" and manor the app in a "self evolving way" and all that other yuppy crap that tends to ruin nice things people become accustomed to. THINK ABOUT YOUR INTENDED USER! People who use this app obviously work schedules that are confusing enough or they wouldnt need the app in the first place. Your end subscribers are power plant employees, refinery operators, police officers, fire fighters, emts, doctors, nurses, public works employees and military personnel.think of them before you make bone head decisions like this. Its still a useful app ,but things are confusing enough with "living the schedule" that we ask the app to help us keep track of, dont make it any harder. Put the app back the way it was. Im sorry for the feelings I might be stepping on.

Awesome app, Ive used it for a few years now and its a great help. Hate, Hate, HATE the new "minimalist" style graphics!! Would give this app 5 stars if not for the graphics change! Why would you make the "new" version look like a cheap knockoff of the old version?? Makes me want to search for a replacement...

I do not like to new look! Why did it have to change. The colors are too bright and difficult to focus on one day at a time...where is the lines like a normal calendar has? Also adding new calendars was an awesome idea... one for work, one for play etc, but not when you can not add anything to them!!! The only cool change is the swiping from one month to the next. Seriously you were my favorite app and I had all of my friends download your app. I will search for a replacement and no longer recommend you unless you make changes that people want and are useful!

I had this app for about 3 years and found it very useful. I really liked the format, it was professional. The new format or the way the calendar is displayed looks like it was designed by a 3 year old with a crayon! I wasnt given the option to keep the old format. Im not very happy and may look for something better!

Ive been using this app for 2 years and have loved it. I hate the new look and find it difficult to read without the grid lines. I do like the how you can now swipe from page to page but please give us our grid lines back!!!!

Use to be my favorite app. Should have focused on sync and backup changes or moving the forward and back arrows not glow in the dark coloring. Hard to detect day changes and awful to look at. No longer recommend. 2 stars for at least updating even if not for the better.

Why does it keep asking for me to specify an email account?

The new layout looks terrible as compared to the prior layout ...

I love shiftworker its easy quick and I really like the symbols and colors. However, I wish I could have multiple calendars. For example one work schedule one social schedule so I could flip between the two.

I wish you could store it on the cloud so the information could be shared instead of having to send it through email.

The app was working good but when I went to change my end date it wont let me . It used to be a simple click of a button . Something is not working now leaving my app useless !!

I love the ease to put schedule in. Wish I could add my husbands schedule too.

Since the new update I cannot update the "End Date" for adding a shift to the calendar which leaves it useless. It was fabulous. Not so much now because I cannot add shifts to my calendar unless I want them to end on the date I initiate them. Please fix!!
